S'mores Pops Recipe

End of the school year is here and that means class parties and lots of baking!

I found a recipe I wanted to try on Pinterest..well lots! This is the only one that seemed quick and easy to make! It's also cute for kids!

S'mores Pops

Ingredients needed:

4 wooden craft sticks
4 extra large marshmallows
1 bottle (7.25 oz) of Smucker's Magic Shell Chocolate Fudge Flavored Topping
4 squares of graham crackers, crushed

I made for a class of 25 so you would need to get more of the listed items.

Step 1:

Insert stick into each marshmallow. Freeze for 15 minutes or until cold. *I froze them for about 15-20 minutes*
While they are freezing, pour topping on a small plate. Put crushed graham crackers in shallow bowl.

Thank goodness for a standalone freezer! I made 2 tray fulls. I made extra to have for home as well.

Step 2:

Roll the marshmallows in the topping until sides and top are covered.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs over chocolate. Place on metal baking pan *I put them in cupcake liners first so they don't freeze to the pan*
Freeze for 5 minutes and serve immediately.

I think they turned out really well. It was simple to make and didn't cost a lot either.

If you would like to make ahead, follow steps and chill until ready to serve.

Perfect for a class party, birthdays and even holidays!
