My husband was looking through his Facebook newsfeed one day and found a video of recipes using a waffle iron. We decided to try them out to see if they would remotely turn out anything like what was in the video.
We tried out Waffle Quesadilla, Waffle Omelet, Waffle Biscuit and what they call the Wiscuit Sandwich. My husband also wanted to try out a grilled cheese sandwich.

These are super easy and quick recipes that make a great breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snack!
The kids loved the Waffle Quesadilla, we added in pepperoni to make it a pizza type quesadilla. I recommend getting a waffle iron that locks. Ours was given to us, so we don't have that option but will be upgrading to one that locks very soon.
In my opinion, the Waffle Biscuit, needs flavor added to it. You can pour syrup on top of the wiscuit sandwich. My husband even suggested making the Waffle Biscuit and adding gravy to the top. There are pretty much endless options to what you can make with your waffle iron!
