McCormick Skillet Sauces

I got a my party pack from House Party in the mail and decided to try the Skillet Sauce that was included- Sesame Chicken Stir Fry. All you need to add is chicken and vegetables.

Ingredients needed:

McCormick Skillet Sauces- Sesame Chicken Stir Fry
1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breasts; cut into strips
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 cups, cut up vegetables for stir fry

Directions:

Heat the oil in the skillet on high heat. Add your chicken (we did chicken chunks not strips). Cook and stir for 5 minutes. If you need more than this will prepare, you can do 2 pounds of chicken (which is what I did)

Add your vegetables. We chose corn and peas. Cook and stir on medium-high heat for 3 minutes until tender and crisp and chicken is cooked through.

Stir in the sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute or until heated through.
Serve with cooked rice if you prefer. I used the boil in a bag rice (2 of them). Takes about 10 minutes for the rice to get done.
You can either combine together or put the chicken and veggies on top of the rice.

If you want to add anything else to this at the end, you can. My husband added his homemade BBQ sauce.

If you wish to join House Party and see about getting a Party Pack for yourself, click the link below. Unfortunately this McCormick one is passed, but they have many. Some you may qualify for and others you may not.
